If you ever get a chance to take a tour, I hope you get this guy. He was very nice and really had some fun facts about the island.
This was one of the coolest places we have ever been. We visited the Cayman Turtle Farm, an attraction we highly recommend. We were able to have an amazing time looking at and holding turtles, swimming with turtles, looking at alligators and sharks, feeding birds, sliding down a fun water slide, and we even saw a variety of wild lizards! This internationally renowned research and conservation center for sea turtles was a memorable part of our trip. The reason you only see some of us for most of this experience and Zac just does a couple activities is because we were at the doctor for his eye most of the day. My kids went with their grandparents, aunt, uncle and cousins so they could still participate in this excursion. Subscribe For The Latest Family Fun Pack Videos! http://bit.ly/1Mk...

Bernie Sanders presented in his article on The Huffington Post. How should we feel about our banks going "offshore" to avoid paying U.S. taxes? Is this the new American way of doing business? -In 2008, Congress approved a $700 billion gift to Wall Street. Another $16 trillion in virtually zero interest loans and other financial assistance came from the Federal Reserve. -In 2010, Bank of America set up more than 200 subsidiaries in the Cayman Islands (which has a corporate tax rate of 0.0 percent) to avoid paying U.S. taxes. On top of that, they received a ...

"Stinky", the Cayman loner Dolphin - our encounter: "Stinky" is the poorly chosen name people in the Cayman Islands gave to the loner Dolphin which cruises "our" waters here since four years. He was expelled from his pod, maybe because of bad behavior.... who can tell... There have been many encounters over the years but the encounters seem to become more and more aggressive. This is probably because the Dolphin is now sexually mature and at the height of his "potential". But, being a loner Dolphin, he has no mate to court (there aren't many Dolphins in "our" waters). So he is becoming a sexually frustrated young male Dolphin. This makes it a bad idea to actively seek contact with him because he could use you as a mate (Dolphins are known for such behavior). Dolphins are also know to rape ...

Through the alleyways
to cool off in the shadows,
then into the street
following the water.
There's a bearded man
paddling in his canoe,
looks as if he has
come all the way from the Cayman Islands.
These canals, it seems,
they all go in circles,
places look the same,
and we're the only difference.
The wind is in your hair,
it's covering my view.
I'm holding on to you,
on a bike we've hired until tomorrow.
If only they could see,
if only they had been here,
they would understand,
how someone could have chosen to go the length I've gone,
to spend just one day riding.
Holding on to you,
